Can all the mats needed for tailoring up to 375 be found without having to enter a raid instance?

As far as I've gotten yes... cloth drops from humanoids throughout the world and of course, that's the main 'ingredient' for tailoring. Thread and stuff you can just get from the vendor.

No profession requires raiding to get 375.

Unless, of course, you want to get a specific recipe that only drops in an instance/raid... like Enchant: Mongoose.

Yeah, but you don't need to raid to level your skill. You only need to raid if you want the raid only patterns.

There are some patterns that drop in the Tempest Keep 5 mans that are useful for late skull ups from 370-375. Arcanoweave set more cost efficient than making the imbued netherweave robes to hit 375. Is it necessary? No, I did it w/o the patterns, but they do make it a little easier.
