I am not sure if this has been posted in here or not, but I just saw this and am wondering if it is really as it looks. That now we can purchase what would be 200G+ enchants from vendor's?

Who would level Enchanting if this were real? This vendor looks like something that might be in place for the test realm so that people would not have to rely on the PTR playerbase in order to have access to the rarer enchantments. I'll go out on a limb and state there is very little likelihood that this'll be implemented in the live game.
I thought I read in the upcoming release they plan on making an item that enchanters can make and sell on the AH.
Much like the armor kits we see today.
Maybe they were going to implement it sooner?
I could be completely wrong as well. I don't recall where I saw this and probably couldn't find it that easy.

Yea, I remember reading about the enchanting profession possible being able to sell their enchants on the ah like a scroll. Just the way that this looks test realm or real live active server, just am really curious.
They could be trying out how this works (I also think this may be on the PTR), to see if they do add the buyable-enchants feature. I'm pretty sure it wont be that cheap when it does get implemented though. 
I'm pretty sure they have these in place on the Arena Tournament Realm so people can get enchants on the cheap for any item.
