I haven't been to Netherstorm, but is that the only play to learn to become a Master Enchanter? The Enchant trainer in Hellfire Peninsula has nothing left to teach me. I'm at 300 Enchanting and an Aldor, so I'm not able to talk to the Enchanter in Scryer, unless I switch factions, which I don't really want to do.
That is odd the trainer in Hellfire should be able to take you all the way to 375 enchanting. I really have no idea why your not able to train there. I would suggest filing a bug report and having the gms take care of it.

Are you saying you can't get past 300 enchanting, or are you saying you can't level up past 300 something because you have no patterns?
If it's the second, it's because you need to go out and buy enchants from the vendor in lower city and look up the ones that drop from mobs in a bunch of different zones.

I'm not able to learn to become a Master Enchanter. I have enchants to lvl enchanting more, but my max is 300.
I contacted a GM about it and although they were very nice, they emailed me directions on resetting the UI for Windows. I'm using a Mac and some of the steps I'm unable to do, due to it talking about .exe files.
Sadly, I wasn't able to read the email, until after the GM and I were done talking, so I can't inform them right now.

Just a question - what level are you? Are you high enough to get Master Enchanting? It may only be an assumption on my part that you are high enough because you're in Hellfire Pen. and have been to Shatt, but a lowbie could die his way there or get a summon...
My character is lvl 70.
Problem solved. Not sure why, but the trainer in Thrallmar wasn't teaching Master Enchanting.
I ended up running all the way to Netherstorm, to farm motes of fire. Stopped off at the trainer up there and they had Master Enchanting, along with lots of enchants to learn.
