LW part for shammy

Which of 3 parts of LW I should take for resto shammy. I thought about Dragonscale because of wearing mails armor, but what with Tribal LW? I didnt hear too much about groups of LW so what should I pick up?

According to Wowwiki, both the tribal and Dragonscale could work. If you're looking for the better for Shaman, go for Dragonscale; the Netherstrike set is a caster set (although it is attack-oriented, not healing oriented; +damage, not +healing). Fill in the other pieces with tailoring BoE pieces or regular mail drops.

Is there any forum topic or information guide describing the pros/cons of each specialty? I have not come across one, and, with the new reorganization, I might not for some time. Any links or comments? Thanks
