Here is a nice little 1 page spreadsheet that I put together with the help from Highlander's post on www.worldofwarcraft.com forums. Linked is a jpeg from photobucket.

As you go through your fishing should stay pretty much even or slightly higher than your cooking.

Just had to pop in and thank you for the link.
My main is a Druid so I never focussed on cooking much cause I could just heal. Only when I hit 70 I started regretting missing some of the buffs available. I had always fished so that wasnt a big deal but could never be bothered locating recipes that would lvl well.
I went from 250 cooking to 375 today using this guide and I lvled my fishing up on the way :)

The spreadsheet is pretty nifty. You should wikify it for easier access, and to make sure that it doesn't ever get scrolled down.
