I've started leveling up a rogue (he's at 20-something now) and I gave him mining and jewelcrafting as professions - mostly because I've never leveled jewelcrating before and was curious.
However, now I'm wondering if this was the best choice? Perhaps engineering would be a better choice? Due to the stun bombs and practice locks and other random damage.
Are there any high-end BoP JC recipes that are particularly useful for a rogue? Or would I be better served to drop skinning on my 40-something druid main and give her JC as well as her enchanting profession. She can already disenchant everything he makes via the mail but it just seems like a lot of the rings and trinkets would better serve a class that can actually use a caster trinket and a healing trinket and a tanking trinket and a dps trinket - instead of one that just wants agility on everything.
