I've gotten about five of these, but all on the same character. All in Ratchet at a pool of debris right in front of the flight master on the coast. It is starting to creep me out. I think its just creepy random luck and coincidence on my part.

I'll open the chest and it looks empty. I mail it to someone who needs the book. They open it and there it is.

Just used my last one on an alt but I'm happy to pass any along that I get to someone who needs. (they take up bank space and if I can make you smile then I smile) :)

I have three fishermen. All alliance, and all have the book. I've found it in floating wreckage all three times. I found it so easily that I thought it was a common drop. My hunter found it when I decided to level fishing after he got to 70. My Druid and Shaman both found it in wreckage off the coast of Darkshore.
