There should be a filter that lets you say you only want to bid/buyout if the profits are greater than x-gold or whatever. Or you can say that requires above level 50 (or whatever) enchanting. Or you can put the filter way down on strange dust etc.

I make most of my disenchanting money by searching for Uncommon items of levels 51-60 on the AH, then sorting by item level so that all the pre-Outland greens are at the bottom of the list. Then I mouse over them to see in the Enchantrix tooltip what's got a good profit margin. Takes little time, pays off big.

You can set minimum profit as far as i know that works for me anyway but as has been said already a quick mouse-over of the item will show what you may get , but the real problem i find is trying not to flood the market which for the last month i have done on my server so ended up stopping buying anything.

As you check the items by mouse-over you will soon start to remember which will possibly give you what you want . Most of what i was buying was created items that seem to keep flooding the market at below the disenchanted profit i required , i levelled my enchanting to the max for my level in a very short time and even though was doing enchants on myself made well over 5000g profit , it just takes a little time to see what item you need to disenchant.

Go BTMscan --> configure and then at disenchant slide the minimum enchantingskill slider towards 50 or 100 skill.
I think then you'll get items from 50 or 100 enchanting skill and above.

If you don't know the value before hand auctioneer is going to help you lose money.. It takes quite a bit of time and setup for it to actually acurately help you make gold. I'd start with something simple that tells you what stuff DE's into. Install wowmatrix, look through the addons. Can't remember what is I've got but it simply tells you what it DE's into. After a while you'll get a feel for what stuff is worth.
