WoLK Mining and SkinningFollow

I was just reading that Mining will give a Stamina boost and Skinning will give a Crit boost. I've got both on my 68 warrior which is my first and only toon. I was thinking on dropping Skinning and going with another prof since it has served its purpose for me and helped make me a little cash. I was thinking either armorsmith for some of the nice pieces or engineering for nice pieces and cool 70 flying mount. I pretty much PVE only and thought I'd get some opinions on what I should do. Should I keep the skinning for the crit or go with one of the others I mentioned. All input would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input, I hadn't really taken into consideration the new mining and skinning content. I'll probably stick with what I've got for now and maybe switch at 80 since I'm sure there will be new armor and engineering options available also.
