I've been saving up herbs for a few weeks now, waiting for the patch to hit.

Look up the herbs tonight, and I see someone has already put up his. VERY high prices. Decide to make mine a bit more reasonable.

I put up the stacks I bought and before I'm done, I start seeing them sell. Sold about 20 stacks to one person.

Contacted him/her, thanked them for the business, and am now waiting for my golds to come back. I've already more than covered what I put into this and profited by a tidy sum. If everything sells, I'll have made more than 2k gold out of this. Never even touched the real low level herbs, and it seems my competitor took hold of that market strong.

I love patches!

Yeah. As everyone expected, herb prices are skyrocketing. Right now on my server, silverleaf, usually 50-75s a stack, is 20g. Most other herbs have seen similar insane price increases.

HA!

I just did a final count of the herbs I gathered (ie. spent no gold out-of-pocket on):

111 full stacks of Azeroth herbs across all tiers (minimum 14 stacks/tier)
59 full stacks of Outland herbs
38 partial stacks (Azeroth/Outland)

Tomorrow when I get home from work, I'll be logging on, mailing mountains upon mountains of herbs to my rogue, and leveling inscription. Then I'll be selling glyphs, and the price of glyphs will be based on the market cost of materials + "novelty" cost = profit. Big, big profit.

I'm actually debating selling off my herb supply. I have saved thousands (2 alts+) worth of herbs. The problem that I see is that money just isn't worth all that much to me. I'm sitting on 20k with nothing useful to buy as-is and from what I understand the expansion will only make money easier to obtain.

I put up several stacks of low-level herbs last night. I figure the prices are going to go a lot higher. But, I'm pretty sure mine will sell because I didn't set prices ridiculously high. I think I'm going to spend more time herbing in the next couple days because the weekend will probably be another high activity time for the AH when the weekend players get the patch up and running.

Trainers are in all the major cities and also the one to train above 300 will be in Hellfire Pen around where the enchanter trainer is.

For Alliance: In SW they are near Stocks in a building right by were the bonfire is. In Exodar, in same area as enchanter trainer. In Hellfire Pen: In HH in tower on top floor same floor as encahnter trainer.

Edit to add:

These are not the only alliance trainers, just the ones I know exactly where they are. I am fairly sure that each main city will have trainers.
