Changing SpecializationFollow

#1 Nov 09 2008 at 7:16 PM Rating: Decent
I'm a priest enchanter/tailor and I originally went as A shadow Spec but want to change to healer to help my guild. I am currently a Shadow Tailor and was wondering if I changed specializations would I have to go back down to in my skill. I have maxed at 375. How far would I drop if I changed? 360? Thanks.

You shouldn't lose any skill points, just the ability to make 2 shadowcloth instead of 1 with each transmute...not a huge problem since everything I've seen as far as tailoring recipes go you won't need anywhere near as much spell/shadow/mooncloth as you did for the epic bc recipes. You'll just have to pay a small fee to change specializations, at least I think. Totally sure you won't lose any skill points by just changing tho

Its only the specialisation you lose but if you change to something else as far as i know you have then got to retrain into the new one but you still stay at 375.

In alchemy, I deliberately trained in the wrong specialization because I preferred the quest for it. I then just payed (I think it was 150g) to change my mastery to the one I really wanted.

As stated, you don't lose any points, just need to pay to unlearn and relearn the specialization. That being said, with only 2 days left to xpac, are you going to be using the mooncloth gear for leveling in instances?
