I have just done 23 Flasks of the Frost Wyrm with 0 procs :(
Just horrible bad luck or is there a bug? I have never done not even 10 elixirs or flasks of any kind without at least 1 proc of 1.

Not sure if there is a bug but it might just be the RNG hating you.
Also, if there is a 10% proc chance, if you do 100 flasks and do not get a proc, the chance of the next flask proccing will still be 10%.

No bug here. Got at least one proc and have made ten of the same flasks.

I have just seen the new 4 hour duration on flasks, nice. But I still want the normal procs dammit! It's part of the fun!
