Lord of the Rings Online Update 6: The Great River

New art assets are pouring in for a new zone coming to Lord of the Rings Online. Designed to be interim regional content, The Great River gives a little taste of what is to come in Rohan. The Great River will not only offer something fresh and new, but will deliver the first Rohirrim-run town with interiors and exteriors unlike all others in the game.

The Great River will be a level 75 end-game region, designed mostly for solo or duo gameplay. Players will be able to build up reputation with a new faction that grants better upgrades and rewards than what can be found in both Dunland and Isengard. There will also be a new area for those looking to do more challenging content in groups. This should give a wide variety of content to keep all types of players busy and be a nice change of pace to anyone who hasn't finished the Dunland or Isengard content yet.

LOTRO: Mithril Edition Now Available at Gamestop

Making it well worth the investment if you haven't jumped into the world of Middle-earth yet.

The Mithril Edition comes with three bonuses including: the exclusive 'Steed of the Horse-lords' mount, Path of the Fellowship bonus quests, and 2,000 Turbine Points.
