tank freshly delivered from Russian industry plants behind the front! It's improved armor layout was an additional protection to the tank and a hemispherical turret was a leading approach in design. Finally a real opponent to the Japanese Type 95 Ha-Go series. :ouch:

The first screenshot shows the IS series, from left to the right, IS-1, IS-2 and IS-3, showcasting the heavy tank development during the late war, which also had strong influence on the Soviet pre-war designs. On the second picture you can see the IS-1 in action and it's looking real good!
