The Tenets of Hate, led by Lanys T'Vyl, the power-crazed daughter of Innoruuk, have formed a plan that will surely deliver destruction upon both Norrath and the pantheon alike. They must be stopped, even if it means the ultimate sacrifice!

Desperate, and with great reservation, a small council of gods have formed a plan for salvation. Mortals must, once again, will be allowed to enter the Celestial Planes! Druzzil Ro, goddess of the arcane arts, has opened her realm, the Plane of Magic, as a new destination for the Ulteran Spire network.

Here, you will become empowered by the lands as you venture through them, explore their wonders and breath-taking sights, and forge relationships with their residents: the Pakiat and Allyrians. The Pakiat are a pride of sphinxes who came to the celestial realm of magic, long ago, along with their aluxob minions.

The Allyrians are a race of Druzzil Ro's own creation, split into two opposing houses: Yrzu and Vahla. Any of the three groups are willing to work with outsiders, as long as they are willing to prove themselves. But be warned, as they are opposing factions, they will not take kindly to those who attempt to work with any of the other inhabitants of the Plane of Magic at the same time.

Druzzil Ro, and all of Norrath, is counting on you, and your perseverance! Prove your mettle here, and you'll be granted entry to the other Planes of Prophecy!

Another loaded week of Gear Up, Level Up bonuses has arrived!

From 12:01AM PT on Monday, November 6, 2017, up until 11:59PM PT on Sunday, November 12, 2017 ALL players on Live Servers will be receiving double loot AND double Proving Grounds Currency! 

If you're playing on a Progression Server, this week you'll be granted double status!

From 12:01AM PT on Monday, October 16, 2017, to Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 11:59PM PT ALL players on Live Servers will be granted double loot! If you also have an All Access membership, you'll also receive double Ascension XP!

Players on Progression Servers will be see a double Familiar drop rate!

Be sure you make the best of these bonuses - after Sunday, they'll be replaced with different perks! Don't forget to check back so that you can make the most of Gear Up, Level Up.

From now until Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 11:59PM PT you can celebrate the season of haunts with a slew of special features!

There are many ways for all Norrathians to join in on the festive fun. Those inclined to celebrate the holiday through crafting will find a new book of recipes containing a number of new house items sold by event merchants. Has the full moon got you feeling extra adventurous? Hunt ghosts in Antonica and the Commonlands, investigate some spooky haunted locations, or grab a shovel and dig up a ghoulish good time in any of the decorated cities!

TLE Servers:

• A special holiday merchant has arrived on Fallen Gate! Located in Freeport and Qeynos Capitol District, he'll sell a number of haunted items.
• On Stormhold, you can enjoy all the thrills of Nights of the Dead! (Exception: A lost necklace cannot be looted from A Gleaming Chest in The Hedge Hollow.)

Gear Up, Level Up has returned to Norrath once more! Gear Up, Level Up is a time when special weekly bonuses become available to help you prepare for the upcoming expansion, Planes of Prophecy. This year, different bonuses will be available each week for players on both Live and Progression Servers!

The first week of bonuses begins  at 12:01AM PT on Monday, October 2, 2017, and will run until Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 11:59PM PT.

This week, ALL players on Live Servers will be granted double Ethereal Currency during the final week of the summer Ethereal Rewards event! This will stack with the event's ongoing triple rewards bonus, meaning players will receive SIX TIMES more Ethereal Currency!

Players on Progression Servers will be granted double XP for their first week of bonuses!

These rewards will swap out after Sunday, so be sure to use this time wisely! You can check back next Monday to see what special bonuses the next week of Gear Up, Level Up will bring to Norrath.

ZONES AND POPULATION
Vaedenmoor: Heart of Nightmares [Raid]

• Terris-Thule and Saryrn have had their damage thresholds adjusted. They should no longer panic and wipe the raid, instead they should take action to counter the increased incoming damage.

TIME-LOCKED PROGRESSION SERVERS

• Encounters will now gain reduced mitigation based on how far below the current expansion level cap they are. This value changes when a new expansion with a level cap increase, so as the level cap increases it becomes easier to level characters in less populated older content.

QUESTS

• Unsafe Harbor - Quest map RoI for Vishra in the Sovereign House of Qeynos is now accurate.
• The "Travels" of Yun Zi - Kunark or Bust - Venril's Crown should be easier to accurately trigger now, even on a mount.

ITEMS

• Completion of the class city quests in Qeynos now rewards cloaks matching those of the Freeport quests. The level 60 versions of the cloaks may now be purchased from the city merchants Oodifo and Viducius Festus once the appropriate quest has been completed.
• Several Treasured drops from The Gates of Ahket Aken have been upgraded to Legendary. Encounters in this zone will no longer drop chests containing only Treasured gear.
• Bold Malevolent Leather Forearms now has an appearance.
• Corrected an issue that prevented Ascendants Graces from properly applying its modifier.
