Most e-mail clients will let you right-click on a message to read the file header. This will tell you where the mail was actually sent from if you want to find out before opening it. The "Sent From" field is meaningless and can be made to display literally anything.

Warning on E-mails
It annoys me that I have to post something like this now and then, but I guess it's the nature of the internet. Never open an attachment from an e-mail proportedly coming from this site, or for that matter from anywhere else. We will never send you an e-mail with an attachment. If you get one, it is a virus that came from somewhere else in cyberspace and has no connection whatsoever with this site. Return addresses can be easily faked and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to stop this.
The only e-mails you should ever receive from here would be a) a new password sent after you specifically request it, b) a signup e-mail sent when you first sign up, c) premium membership notices that you signed up, renewed or expired or d) replies to e-mails you sent to us. None of these contain attachments.
And please, please get a virus protection program and keep it up to date.
