Has anyone actually got past the part with Bisons' riddle yet? People keep mentioning Serpent Hills but that doesn't seem likely to me since I have a friend that is lvl 18 and he got the quest.
I don't think the quest is to actually kill anything either. I believe it to be to either find the true prophet or the location where the true trouble is.
I originally was told plains meant Karana Plains, which is Druid's Watch area. I found nothing there. I took the serpent to mean Serpent Spine river and mayve the griffon being the name of a volcano so I checked the Volcano Shrine near DM, again to no avail.
I was trying to think of characters with intelligence. I tried the observatory no one would talk to me. I tried Saerk, obviously the guy is no prophet. I think I may be looking to hard into Bison's riddle or misinterpreting it (that has to be an easy thing to do). But I would really like some help here if anyone has gotten further.

Freeport is under attack by Orcs! Orcs have breeched the city walls and sporadic fighting rages in the city proper. Anyone traveling to and from Freeport is advised to use extreme caution! People arriving on coaches have been known to be attacked as soon as they arrive so again, be wary!
NPC Updates:
In general NPCs were not correctly using all of the abilities available to them. For instance, Shaman type NPCs were not correctly casting Spirit of Wolf spells on themselves or their fellow monsters. This has been corrected and you will want to take stock of what type of npc you are about to engage and judge them appropriately.
Should you see merchants selling Alchemy spells or other such new npcs, don't be alarmed. While you can't play an Alchemist yet (you will need the Frontiers DVD to do so) you will be able to get a glimpse of what their spell line up is starting to look like.
Creatures in the Hidden Valley region now have appropriate Hate Radius and kill penalty.
Narticus in the Elemental Towers regions, given the powerful items that could be obtained from him, is a bit rarer now.
Tradeskills:
Crafted weapons that are of a type that could be wielded in the off hand (secondary) are now flagged as such. Previously all crafted weapons were primary only.
Weapon crafting molds are now available in Neriak.
You should now see a visible effect when using crafted weapons with procs when the proc goes off.
Experience:
There is now a hard cap in place for how much experience you can gain for any one monster kill that scales for level. It was never our intent that any player could, through convoluted or lengthy means, overcome a significantly higher NPC and gain levels worth of EXP.
Spells and Abilities:
Increased recast timer on Necromancer pact spells to 12 seconds.
The level 40 Druid Inflame spec DoT damage was increased slightly and the scaling decreased slightly. This makes the spell perform better over the level 30 Emblaze DoT when it is first obtained. Emblaze remains unchanged.
Items:
Changed all 4 Mithril Hematite Jewelry pieces to give fire resistance instead of cold resistance.
The Diminutive Shortblade now has appropriate damage for its level, rarity and repair costs.
Updated the Huntress' Bow to be of the appropriate level.
Updated a number of items that had either too low or non existent AC values.
Frigid Boots are no longer usable by the Ranger class.
The Orb of Cooling from the Isle of Dread is now equipable
