Got all three tree's. Turns out all you need to do to get all three is wait a single Vanad'iel day for each tree, then you can get the next. It varies on how many times they send you to a Market Moogle for an errand. I didn't turn in any presents in bastok whatsoever, but i was able to use the teleport there about 10 times, and i didn't go back for an 11th time.
Also got my Dream Hat. Waiting till tomorrow to see if there is more going on than we know yet. Still too early to say that this is all! Good luck everyone!
