The following message was posted on the official LOTRO forums about tomorrow's maintenance period:

The LOTRO game servers are currently scheduled to be brought down on Wednesday, November 14 from 7:00AM - 1:00PM EST for a patch to the game. We'll update this message with any changes to the schedule, and patch notes are forthcoming! Thanks for your patience!
