As you all can see, a server side patch was released earlier today. Just seems Sony is just trying to make Snare even more useless than it already is. But that's my opinion. And if anyone has found this quest with the archeologist, please send it in so we can get it submitted. Thanks for the submission of this quest. It has been added to the list of quests. Since it seems there is an armor involved, I expect submission for the item you get to start rolling in.

Archeologist in Hodstock (w) is named Feria Huckert. Gypsy in Gypsy Camp is named Bram D'Lizo, pay him 1200 tunar. Redheaded Bandit is a bandit at the Artic Bandit Fort in greyvax's cave (e). He will con higher than other artic bandits, and yes he does have red hair. Also, he is an artic bandit that is dressed like an artic maurauder. You can't miss him when you find him. Unfortunately the red headed artic bandit has a long spawn time. Good luck.

Quest giver is found in Hodstock(w), she asks you to repay 1200 tunar to a gypsy, who can be found in Greyvax's cave area, northwest or Fayspire. The gypsy asks you to kill a red headed bandit and return the notes to the quest giver. I got roughly 8.8 million exp, gloves and a spell....
