As living in a country in the outskirts of EU and with shops that are overfull with World of Warcraft and maybe one or 2 other online-games (Stockholm, Sweden), but less Final Fantasy, I am very happy for this step on the way. I may have been slightly better off than someone from Costa Rica but ToAU took me 2 weeks after release to get and Wings of Aht Urghan a month, even though I had pre-ordered them.
ok USA and Europe

Thank you, SE for no include the rest of the world, in the online Download, its very good idea, the real problem here its the rest of the world its the real ones who have trouble to get the "physical copies of the game", example: friend in Costa Rica, you know 1 of that latin contries, to get this game can cost him like $150.00, and USA users go to shop in the corner and get it for $30.00. Great idea.

Congratulation.

P.S.: PURE SARCASM.

lol... I hope SE or the downloader service fixes that. But interesting idea to have a linear game we could play if we could not indeed get online...

I wonder why they would say that? No need to be online to play?

And what is with free tech support 7 days a week? What the hell?! Do I have to move to Europe to get good customer service?
