I luv blizzard, but just watch....
In some wierd turn of events every1s toons are somehow linked to their armory data and blizzard accidently deletes everyones characters including the GMs and then the data is lost and not even the gms can restore people's characters, everyone is lvl 1 again and in a fury of rage blizzard lose 3 million customers, while every one else tries to get to 55 before the expansion.
Armory Maintenance Coming Nov. 6th.
So, we have run across an article over on the o-boards pertaining to the new expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. Blizzard will be effectively wiping character data so that they can upgrade the armory for the new content and playable class coming up with the expansion.
In preparation for Wrath of the Lich King, we will be performing an 8 hour Armory maintenance beginning on November 6, at 6AM PST. The extensive changes and feature additions in Wrath of the Lich King mean that we also have to update the Armory to reflect those changes. As part of the maintenance, all character data will be reset, and character profiles will be repopulated as players log into World of Warcraft. We thank you for your patience during the maintenance.
