The formation of Thriller New Media was announced today, a company specialising in military and espionage-based multiplayer games. No specific projects have yet been named, but the company will focus on online games - including MMOs - for both PC and consoles. Thriller is looking to produce games across multiple genres, including first-person shooters, action-adventure, strategy and simulation.

Realism seems to be the name of the game with what Thriller have planned - something that's missing from most MMOs on the market today. Strong storylines seem to be high on the company's hit list too, with the company planning on recruiting best-selling authors to work on their products. Thriller's first games could be released by the end of the year, or in early 2010.
