Square Enix Response to Community Questions
PlayOnline has been a wealth of information lately with details about April's version update, the new security tokens (find out how you can win one for free! ), a new equipment enhancement system, and a sale date for "A Crystalline Prophecy," the first of three mini-expansions set to be released via PlayOnline this year.
While monitoring the community's reaction to this plethora of news, the Community Relations team at Square Enix has noticed two questions popping up with frequency. In an effort to give the community some reassurance on these two issues, the team has released a response to these questions.

Here are answers to two common questions we've received regarding the recently announced equipment for "A Crystalline Prophecy."
Q: I have a single account containing multiple characters, and would like to outfit all of them with this equipment. Will I need to purchase a separate registration code for each character?
A: No. A single registration code will allow you to acquire one reward item for each character on your account. (Provided, of course, that you complete the scenario with each character individually.)
Q: It says that I can add two additional attributes of my choice, but what happens if I change my mind about which effects I want later on? What if I decide that I want one of the other two items instead?
A: Provided that you discard the item in your possession, and meet the conditions necessary to receive the reward, it is possible to re-acquire the item as many times as you wish.
