Contest Rules & Regulations

The following are the rules and regulations for the contest. Please familiarize yourself with them before entering.

Submission & Eligibility

• By entering into the contest you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth.
• Only one entry allowed per individual. Please post your entries in the submissions forum thread, here.
• To be eligible to win the Prize, you must be willing to PM (private message) your full name, mailing address and phone number where you can be contacted.
• All submissions must be tasteful, non-destructive, and created by the individual.
• We reserve the right to publish your full name and your forum username at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to deny any submission to the contest.
• Contestants must be 13 years of age or older. European contestants must be 18 years of age or older, or must have a parent or guardian enter in the minor's name.
• We are able to ship to residents of the United States only.

Prizes

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a choice of a LTLPrints.com Guild Wars 2 6' (72" x 47") wall graphic (retail value $132.78/ea.)
• Four (4) Runner-Up Prize winners will receive a choice of a LTLPrints.com Guild Wars 2 4' (48" x 32") wall graphic (retail value $79.95/ea.)
• No cash or substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.

End of Contest

• All entries must be received by Wednesday, November 29th, 2010, 11:59PM Guild Wars Time. That's Pacific Standard Time or GMT-8.
• The decisions of the judges are final.

Contest Winners

• The winner will be announced on Friday, December 3rd, 2010. The winning individual will be contacted by Jeahr, the Administrator of GuildFans.com, and will need to respond to the PM with their address, full name and phone number in order to have their prize sent. If you receive a request from any individual other than Jeahr, please do not respond. We will NOT ask for your Guild Wars in-game name or password. Please do not ever give out your password to anyone.
• Contest Winners will be published on the GuildFans.com website and elsewhere at the sole discretion of the administrator.
• We reserve the right to postpone or delay this contest for any reason including overwhelming response or unforeseen occurrences. If there is a delay we will extend the deadline for submissions.

Each Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and publicity agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, loss, or use of any prizes awarded in this contest. You further agree that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property or prize, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this contest or the acceptance, loss, shipment, or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. All of Sponsor's decisions regarding the application and interpretation of the rules are final. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
