I hope somewhere in those major plans it includes allowing Direct Downloading of Patches and not just P2P :x. I actually have to leave my computer on while I'm at work (which is usually 8 hour shifts) in order to download the patch fully. ~.~

I wrote this for my linkshell mates for Christmas

The Night Before Christmas in Eorzea (2010)

‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the land,
Not a creature was stirring ‘cept one Disciple of Hand.
For stockings he darned for his Linkshell with care,
With the hopes that Rank 50 would soon be there.
The Lala’s were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Chocobos danced in their heads.
I put on my kerchief to go take a nap,
But being homeless, guess that will be that.
When outside Ul’dah there arose such a clatter,
I grabbed my lance to see what was the matter.
Away to the market to quick buy a sash,
But all I could find was some logs made of ash.
The winds swept the dust as I looked to-and-fro,
There a Pieste I spied eating a Roegadyn below.
When what to my wondering eyes should appear but
A Blacksmith finally able to fix my spear!
Before doing guildelves I checked a website
That stated the developers were fired this night!
Now Yoshida, Tamai, Komoto, Matsui,
And Hashimoto, Kasuga, Minagawa.
Now dash away, dash away dash away all,
To deliver, some content and a new market stall.
Back to my guildelves, I have six left to do,
Goats, Puks, Imps and Crabs, I’m coming for you.
Once my guildelves were done, I sat and I sighed,
What to do now with the rest of the night.
So back to the mines my Elzen did go
To kill doblyns, exactly 1379 in a row.
Grr..once again my lance needs a fix,
I’d warp back to town but I’m Anima-less.
As I walk back to town fuming and pissed,
Thinking ‘Ah, hell, just who would play this’
A linkmate appears and greets me with big cheers,
It’s then I remember this game will take years.
So back now to Ul’dah we two will now go,
To craft and to chatter…I think I’ll make a bow.
