New Items And Quests For October 25th

Hey all, start sending in you EQOA: Frontiers stuff you have saving up, it's time to get all that stuff entered and posted. (Oh yea, Steelspike, e-mail me those quests again...). Anyways, hopefully opening Monday or so will be the Final Fantasy XI site, and there is already a ton of stuff on the site. The game itself is coming out Tuesday the 28th, so I hope you either got it pre-ordered (see link above), or get get up REAL early to stalk the deliveryman at your local computer games store. Sorry I am only aware of character transfers on the PC version, though I did not play that version I have read about it. I am not aware of any way on the PS2 version.
Character Accounts

Back when we first started playing EQOA, my wife and I started characters on the same account. Since then we have purchased another ps2, started new characters, and can now play side by side. However, what we really want to know is if there is anyway to get our mains on seperate accounts so we can play those together at the same time. Especcially on frontiers. Any info you could give me would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance.

That I've heard, there is no way to transfer a character from one account to another.

On the PC version they were doing transfers of characters from one sever to another, but it would cost you $50(I think) and you're character would be on it's new server with absolutely nothing. Only thing they got to keep was their level.

As far as I have heard, there is no character transfer at this point. So, I guess you'll have to start one of the characters over, or start both over again, and play together :)

I feared as much. We've gotten so into our new characters that we started together, they're in danger of becoming our mains anyway. But thanks to you all for taking the time to answer!
