Lord of the Rings Online's Rise of Isengard expansion is now live! The game's third major expansion raises the level cap to 75 and features three new regions: Dunland, the Gap of Rohan and Isengard. It also introduces a 24-player raid that requires the group to fight a massive dragon boss named Draigoch.

To coincide with the launch announcement, Turbine has released a new batch of screenshots that depict some of the new monsters you'll face in the expansion. You'll notice that they all bear the White Hand of Saruman, which may inspire you to participate in Turbine's White Hand of Saruman contest for a shot at an Alienware PC, a lifetime LOTRO membership and Turbine Points.
