Xmas Quest

Well looks like it's over now. The xmas quest has been taken down, as far as I can see. The NPCs Josh and Sir Mizer are gone. It was fun while it lasted.

You know it funny you mention this because i think that there is a glitch in the zone on the road to gnolls...I have dropped to a black screen twice there and once my whole party dropped...I have noticed that when running down the road the screen sometimes hiccups just as im changing zones..I think sometimes SOE maybe has an issue there

Pie quest
# Dec 21 2003 at 9:54 PM Rating: Default
why did it give the quest to my druid (elf) but not my warrior(delf), enc(drlf), mage(drlf), alc(fp), or my cl(fp)? (cl lvl 6, alc lvl 11, war lvl 41, enc lvl 29, drd lvl 24)

From what I've heard, there's two xmas quests. One for Lower levels (1 - 40 [Josh]) and one for higher levels (41 - 60 [Sir Mizer]).

Don't quote me on that. Although a guildie (60 Elder) tried to get Josh's quest and coudn't but he could get Mizer's quest. As for me (40 Rogue), I can get Josh's but not Mizer's.
Snow Balls
# Dec 21 2003 at 4:16 PM Rating: Decent
The only places I've witness snowmen are:
-Castle Ligthwolf (Group Damage Snowballs)
-Zentar's Keep (Group Damage Snowballs)
-Halas (Normal Snowballs)
-Freeport (Normal Snowballs)

CLW, ZK, and Halas don't require anything to get the snowballs but Freeport's snowman Icy Jack needs you to buy him a level 2 drink well water which can be found at any liquid grocer.
Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!

I think there is one in Freeport, Halas, Zentar's Keep, and one other place I can't remember, theres a post about it on the official forums.
