We have received questions from the community regarding when they need to begin playing FINAL FANTASY XIV if they wish to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.

In order to fulfill the requirements for the Legacy Campaign, a player must register his/her copy of the game no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012, and have subscribed for a minimum of 90 days beyond the conclusion of your free trial period.

Information regarding the transition from the current game to version 2.0 will be announced on the Lodestone in the future.

When will our legacy status actualy show up will we not know till its too late? or will we be notified when we reach the legacy requirments?

Noob-again question: I played from launch till just before free play ended. Last night I reactivated my account. Do I just need to pay/play for 3 months to obtain Legacy? Do I need to sign/click something in my account that I missed? Or am I too late?

Question I have is I noticed it says 8 max per world for characters. My question is, will it still cost 9.99 plus each character up to 8 total or is it going to be just 9.99 and you will get 8 characters for free?
