Guild Wars 2 players should expect to see rewards next week

If you were one of the players who participated in The Lost Shores karka event earlier this month - and there were a lot of you - then we have good news. Well, it's good news in French, so we're sure it's good news in English, too.

This bit of tasty info came across the French Guild Wars 2 Twitter feed earlier today, which linked over to the French forums.  French community coordinator Mélanie Corolleur posted a short blurb that players who participated in the karka event should be seeing their missing rewards in their inbox sometime next week. Here's a quick translation, courtesy of Mr. Google:

"Thank you for your patience while we address the issues encountered in the vent Rivage Lost. We confirm that all participating players who could not loot the chest and get their rewards will be compensated. All players involved will receive a reward they have contacted support or not.

We are working hard on it, and you should receive your reward in your inbox at stake next week."

Good news indeed. With Wintersday coming, it will be nice to have the last event all buttoned up.
