FPS features Unreal engine and melee combat

Don't look now, but the renaissance ain't what it used to be.

Renaissance Heroes, a fast-pace FPS set in the 16th century renaissance is "reborn in style from the maps, character designs, and weapon designs." Gamefuse is celebrating the start of open beta by offering up a chance to win some sweet prizes for your participation. 

Beta events are going on now through February 5th, and include opportunities to play with (and against) developers as well as preview new game modes. Iin the event you can't make it in-game, you can still check out all of the action on Twitch TV.
