The next update in the F2P strategy/RPG MMO coming later this month.

The free to play, browser based, strategy/RPG MMO Wartune will get its next big update later this month. The major focus of the update will be Class Wars which are cross-server PvP battle events.

The new system is divided into three main parts called the Contests, Wagers and the Glory Shop. Contests are the actual PvP battles where players will face off against each other. The strongest players will even receive unique rewards including special mounts and items. Wagers can earn the winner with crystals to spend in the Glory Shop where players can buy mounts, runestones and other items and equipment.

In addition to Class Wars, the 1.6 update will add Tanks to Wartune. Players 35 or higher can go into dungeons with these mighty military units that provide increased stats and stronger skills. In Tank battles, players will be rewarded for destroying as many tanks as possible. Players will not revive instantly in these battles, so staying alive will be a big part of succeeding.
