Hidden WildStar Video Revealed

After pooling together its resources, the WildStar community revealed the hidden secret from Carbine's latest Devspeak disclaimer.

If you've seen any of the WildStar Devspeak video series that Carbine creates, you're probably aware of how they generally reflect the company's sense of humor in the opening disclaimer message. Often times leaving hidden clues, jokes or even trolls for fans of the upcoming MMORPG to find. Well this time the disclaimer message was a bit different.

After having watched the Devspeak video that came with the re-release of the Warrior this week, you might have noticed that part of the opening disclaimer was very cryptic and even written in code in some places. Well, after a little more than 48 hours of collaborating with members of the community for clues, the fans over at WildStar-Central, and even the Reddit community, banded together on a thread created by TachiPlays in order to uncover the epic secret hidden in the video.

This secret was, in fact, a link to another video that was hidden by the mysterious "Carbine Disclaimer Guy". Enjoy.

While this feature came completely from left field, I'd have to say that judging by the community's reaction so far, it will definitely be a welcome one.  Do you think this could be Carbine's answer regarding whether or not to include flying-mounts in the game? After being unsure of which way to go, Hoverboards definitely seem like a solid middle-ground to me. However, be sure to leave me your thoughts in the comments below.

Congratulations again to the WildStar community for solving this clever riddle placed by Carbine. As always be sure to stay locked into ZAM for more WildStar news and updates!

See you on Nexus!
