Speed Gaming and compLexity take home victories.

Major League Gaming's championship in Columbus, Ohio featured top tier Dota 2 action as well as the first-ever major Call of Duty: Ghosts tournament. The event started on November 22nd and concluded November 24th. In all, there was more than $186,000 in prizes up for grabs in one of the biggest events MLG has ever held.

Call of Duty: Ghosts action was fierce, but after the dust settled compLexity Gaming took their third MLG event in a row and scored $20,000 in the process. The final match was closely contested as compLexity eventually downed Team Kaliber four maps to three to secure first place.

Spectators at MLG Columbus were treated to some of the best Dota 2 teams in the world who competed for a prize pool of $136,000, thanks to those who purchased MLG Dota 2 item bundles (the prize pool was originally $50,000). The victory came from the most unlikely of teams in the form of Speed Gaming, who took down Chinese juggernaut Team DK. Speed Gaming dropped their first three games on day one of the tournament, but roared back to take first place amid controversy with their team manager.
