San Francisco is not that bad. I've lived here all my life and never have I been assaulted or anything. I don't have a car either and I get off work @ 2:30am and take the bus.

Parking prices do suck near the Metreon though.

I probably will not be going. I just wish i knew more about it.

Just saw on the BradyGames website that the price was lowered to $10.00 instead of $30.00. People who paid $30.00 will get a $20.00 refund.

Sounds like advanced sales are slow.

Just wait until people show up to the party to discover that parking is $25.00. Ouch.

If a homeless person approaches you, run the other way. Street beggers will demand money from you. If you do not pay, then you risk turning youself into a public urinal for the homeless. Carry a change of clothes. And extra money. Lysol Sanitizing Wipes are a must for San Francisco.

I certainly appreciate an invite to pt in valk... i mean, San Francisco...

However, I live in Ottawa, Ontario...I don;t think I can make it. Unless I get a tele-cali, i can't go.

In the future, it would be nice if this could be a national thing, where it can be put together by players for players in each major city, and endorsed by SE.

{Again, thanks for the invite, but i'll have to pass.}

I think SE should offer a live feed online so everyone can see some mithras in action. This way most of us dont have to pay 1K+$ to finally go to a SE event. Does anyone else agree??
I'm in NY duh

Interesting how SE will read all of the feedback on this party, yet they fail to address some issues regarding the actual GAME they have made. Seems to me they have their priorities a little backwards... On second thought, it probably costs a butt load of money to get in to this party, so maybe they have their priorities right where they want them.

Goes to show how much they truly care about the game.

This is many things for me.

1.) To Damn Far Away. Me = Massachusetts Party = California
2.) Expensive (read as I can't afford a costume to look like my character let alone anything from any final fantasy game ever, let alone the plane trip, hotel, food, etc.)
3.) Even if I could afford to get there and all that, perhaps saying it sometime sooner. Or how about in New York City for us on the East Coast, or somewhere more central to be fair on all sides?

Also, why not throw your own party online with your linkshell and friends?

Too bad I can't rate the party down.

Only rich people can go to this party. Decent hotel rooms in S.F. are $300.00 and up ... per night. Homeless shelters are free, however.

S.F. is not a safe town for kids. Adults should carry cell phones to call 911 in case of an assult. Knowing karate is a plus in this town.

SE should also have this party in other cities such as Chicago and New York.

I live close to S.F. but will not be going to the party. The cost vs benefit is not there for a poor person like me.
