You know, this is only the second expo so far. I don't know why there's so much hate about it not hopping to the East Coast immediately. And excuse me, but over 800,000 people live on this one island alone.

Finally, Hawaii gets some loving from someone. I understand how much it costs to set up any kind of event over here, but there's still plenty of people here who would be interested in some (any) kind of event. This place is actually pretty damned dull when you live here for a while. Great place to visit, but you don't want to live here.

Of course, I had heard rumors that SE wanted to bring the iGames tour to Hawaii a couple months ago, and were using the CA expo to raise the cash to do it. I'm glad those rumors were true.

See ya there!

Edit: also found out that we're going to get our first anime convention the weekend before iGames. 6-1/2 years of nothing to do, and then two awesome events on consecutive weekends. Yay!
