Expired LotRO Forum Accounts

PLEASE NOTE: The following does not apply to Pre-order customers who have not yet upgraded their subscriptions with a retail key.

On May 1st, all forums accounts that were not associated with a valid retail subscription were moved to the Expired usergroup. If you were previously posting with a forums account that is not currently associated with a retail subscription (e.g. Open Beta), you have probably found that you are no longer able to post with that account.

Upon request, we can merge your forums accounts. All posts, private messages, etc. will be transferred from your expired account to your retail forums account. Your expired account will be deleted, and your retail account will be renamed.
