My friend and I have been farming a few such jewels in Tenbrous. We were doing the shrieking substances quest (we, we didn't know better lol) and we had gotten Cloud and Sun Jewels to drop from the Dire sonic wolves there. Just thought you would like to know =)

As a Cleric, I would have to say the Shamans should get this first. I believe the additional alternation skill may let you stick your slows better, though I might be mistaken seeing as how +skill items are new. Yes, most of Cleric spells are Alteration. But.. only a very bad Cleric would need the +15% Alteration once you get high enough level to get this. Yep, these leggings are super CRAPPY! Good AC, but why on earth would anyone dump leggings with Wis on them for ones with Int? Maybe they have some kind of neat look.. I guess that would be my only reason for wanting them. |

I don't know why, but I picked one of these up in a Shadow Haven store for 84 pp. Some high level dumped it, no clue why. Made me one happy lvl 26 druid though ;p I double checked the stats like 3 times before buying, couldn't believe my eyes. |

Charisma helps our slows stick, and this item has 40(!!) charisma on it. Even the Kobold Jester's crown only has 30 charisma -- this item is huge for charisma. Heck, it might even make alchemy a tinge less brutal. Mainly, though, it could possibly be truly outstanding for how it helps our slows. |

Enduring Breath has a casting time, but almost all the items w/ EB are permanent, not triggered, & Verant has stated many times that they often put extra info into the spdat.eff that the game doesn't use.
