I'm in total agreement with you Lewin.
Just finished my Qeynos badge of honor quest today, take a peek at Allakhazam, and they have this at Level 36 attainable. See invis is not worth all that trouble except maybe on a PvP server.

Well a warrior with Cobalt armors is like a low lvl caster in it self so heck why not a meleeing caster? =) But what I got to say for this item is, OMG super twink item!!! LOL =P |

The cool thing about Shaded Hopperhide is that you can see thru it, the texture is translucent.
The trivial is 36 to tailor these.

Thanks for the correction Ryunzun. One thing I missed out was adding the damage bonus for your level onto the end. From what I have been told (sounds right, aint confirmed) the damage bonus you see for most levels is (level-24)/3, or something like that. Any fractions get dropped.

I believe there os a quest for Owlbear Dung from Katta Castellum. An NPC gives a bag for you to collect things, among 3 dungs. I'd assume this is a like quest. |

This graphic alone is 33 k bytes the site must send when all of these quest items are all MAGIC LORE and 0.1 or one other weight and NONE NONE. Could just list them without graphic, not like people are going to blink in disbelief at a non stat quest item.. |

The only mob named 'chancellor' I have seen in Scarlet was a Sun Reaver Chancellor...
Sun Reavers are blue to a level 55, as Necros they love to cast Shock of Poision (~200 dd) and Fear. They hit pretty fast for up to 120s, and have at least 5500 hp.

This is flat out the best looking axe in game. It's a shame that the stats dont match the looks. I have one on my selling mule in ec tunnel and at least 4 to 5 people each day want to look at it up close. Most want to buy it just for the looks.

I'd say the Centi would be preferable later on, because with the faster Lammies you might actually be (slightly) limited by the minimum delay, with good chanter haste and a good haste item. As people have pointed out, the higher-damage, slower Centis will never hit this limit.

Actually, between 200 and 250 (maybe 255) int, you only get 6 mana per point as far as I understand.
So if you are over 200 int it would take 100/6, or over 16 int to get 100 mana. And of course, all of those 16 points of int are pushing you towards the new soft cap.
