You summed Legends up pretty nicely. I've only heard one positive thing about the server, and that is the fact that less "k3wl d00ds" are there. But people complain more, whine more, and yell more on Legends because they pay more money for basically the same game the other players play. |

Yes I have found this in SK on Cracktusk who was killed by another party altho he considered darkblue for me, a 26 Druid. I sold the Tusk for 9pp at the Druid guild in Kelethin. I wonder why it is a finger item since it is very large and very heavy. I more see this as a piercing weapon.

Like the agi loss is of much importance , with part of the proc taking damage away , and when the shield drops , so doesd the agi loss . Hence why 200+ dex is a motherlovin' dream on this sexy little thing . |

Im pretty sure recommended lvl is the lvl you can use it,Or it is because you can max your trade skills at lvl 1. but gotta agree IT is so a monk item :P |
