	This has to be the BEST shield for Shadowknights and Paladins there is. I don't think there is a better shield. With Flowing Thought I you will be able to solo more easily (SK). Too bad I don't play on Legends =( I want this shield.=(

	Well I have a dex of 84 and let me tell you it is very common for it to proc at least 2-3 times per fight. While the shield is up Im merrily Lifetaping for 75pts :) very worth it.

	Why? simple. Look at necros spells list. You get Heat Blood at 12 and Heart Flutter at 16, and you DO NOT get any other DOT untill 29!!! so you will be keep using same 2 dots for 8 levels above 20, so this is where this bracelets comes as VERY helpfull

	Wooohooo! I got this earring today :o).. we have alot in guild working on the different pieces and I got mine tonight :o) Even without the FT 1 the earring is sweet but the FT is a very nice added bonus :o) well good hunting and safe journey to all.

	Restless Skeletons in Qeynos Hills and Skeletal Soldiers at the Undead Camp in Western Karanas. I have only seen the skull, sternum, and ribs from the Skeletal Soldiers however.
