	This is not a new item, it existed long before SoV or Kunark. It's a mage spell research component, and is dropped randomly by any mob of the appropriate level range. Finding this is just like finding some random rune, page or words.

	I got one of these for my slightly twinked Dark Elf SK who is currently fighting in Highkeep beating down on the Goblins (Tunare Server). Being a Dark Elf, his strength is a weak 117 with this sword equipped. However he does hit in the high 50s and 60s with his best double attack being 73,72. The

	This item is no drop, ALWAYS drops off of charbone skeletons in ill omen, and is not stackable (and since it's lore it can't be). Hope that clears a few things up.

	for those who dont know the velious armors have to be enabled by editing the client.ini file look up instructions in the eqsupplment manual in the eq files cuase rygor even looks like leather till you turn the graphics on

	/agree I actually found this item by doing a search for MR items for the Nag run I'm doing tonight. As a druid (i.e. no hit points), I'd much rather run in with my base wisdom of 115 and have 150 MR and FR than have 200 wisdom and resists too low to help me against Nag's AoE DD and fear spells. 2
