	Actually once you hit the soft AC cap of around 1100-1200 AC, HP becomes much more desireable then AC at higerlevels. Additional AC does very little in terms of damage reduction. So many warriors start switching out AC items for HP items once they reach the cap. Notice the changes on castersrealm

	The reason you can't throw this has nothing to do with being no drop. Any item that doesn't have a Range: 40 or whatever line cannot be thrown.
