| Greetings, Any old-world pelt that has a rating (med, high, etc) can be downgraded by combining it with a skinning knife (made using smithing skill) in a sewing kit or loom. Each combination downgrades it one level. This works on cat, wolf and bear pelts to my knowledge (hopper as well, I think). | ||||

| Best exp at those levels are by far the dungeon zones. SolA, SolB, Mistmoore, Dalnir, Droga, Nurga, and Echo are all good. | im not really sure what nerfs druids need, but they definately need some to balance pvp. this is because i dont play a druid. the 66% nerf was not adruid nerf per se, and it was easily avoided by rooting the mob. here is the situation as it stands. druids can port, and they have sow, and scale | ||||

My only point is that nerfing a class across the board simply to balance PvP is, I think, a bad idea, as that may unbalance the class from a PvE perspective.
