| I was just assuming that Verant added these to all of the post-50 zones and dungeons in the pre-luclin world as a very rare drop. | Not any different that Jaundiced Bone armor for Shamen, by the time you get it, you have one or even TWO upgrades to the spells the armor casts. Of course, the difference with Planar items is since most of them are NO DROP, they can't be used to twink, which is what Jaundiced Bone is usually used | ||||
