| Although this is great for a necro too, it has nothing to do with the fact it has no cha. In fact, it is so damn easy to get 300 cha or so that enchs wont really care. Plu, cha only affects a few spells like the calm line, barely affects mezz, and not enough tests to prove it's a significant force | ||||

| Considering that wizards can cast steelskin, and the cost of the spell is less than a plat.. *cough* why even get this cloak? Necros who aren't fear kiting by this point.. we wont even talk about them! Mages.. um.. pet-tank-supersoloer. And enchanters? they've got rune spells to match this :) | ||||

| ...this is *very* similar to the Cleric summoned hammers. I haven't seen the stats on the lvl 63 cleric hammer yet, but this beats the snot out of the lvl 60 cleric hammer. This hammer has the same effect as the cleric hammers and far superior stats, as well as an improved dmg ratio. I wonder if | ||||

| With the way SoE is, it will probably be some "improved" version of the Twilight Sea quests that will yield items that would be decent to use for twinks but are not worth the risk vs. reward for the level required to attain. Bugger thing is that they'd probably also have recommended level | ||||
