| Actually, they said it flat out at the Boston Fan Faire. It was posted on Caster's realm. People asked if they would go over 125 and they said that they would play with the softcap for mana and such but would never change the 125 rule. That a was hard and fast rule, and imperative to the gameplay. | ||||

| Well, one useful ability of the cloak is that while you have to be an int caster to equip it, ANYONE can right-click it from inventory. As such, that cloak represents about 2000 hp worth of damage absorption, that even a warrior can use. | ||||

| When you get to level 16 or 17, head to Paludal caverns. It's a great site for XP at that level. It will take you to level 25. Once you hit 25, then head to HighKeep, til level 35 or so. | ||||
