| However, Umbral Planes dont MAKE you have to be 46+ to enter. To get into the Planes you HAVE to be 46+ (except for Plane of Knowledge). No offense, but I'll believe it when I see him weilding it (and I've heard you can't weild them until 51). | ||||

| normally yes they are supposed to get deleted after 3 months. i called VI though and they said that they hadent deleted any accounts in quiet a long time and that i should try to get on it. =) low and behold it was still there. in conclusion dont trust what VI says they are full of **** half t | ||||

| I expect you to be critting for around 1200 or 1300 with this bow. once you get AM3, I expect prolly 2400 max as I know people with BFT (30/38) doing 2k and change. Just cant ask for much more than that as a ranger (my current toon, hehe bored with 60 rogue and warrior) Edited, Sat Nov | ||||

| Well, what I find most interesting is, Verant felt that it was nessicary to include 8 intelligence with the weapon. The only intelligence-based class listed right now is Bard. | Starting point for the quest is Clerk Duval, who only spawns during the daytime upstairs in Tink 'N Babble (at night you will find Grype standing in his spot). | Bonus damage is based on your LEVEL and what type of weapon. It has nothing to do with damage/delay. I forgot when it starts, but I remember in the 30's sometime, you start getting 'bonus damage' and it's up to about 7 right now with 1HB/S with me.
