This zone got an upgrade not long ago, changing it from a low-level, crushbone-like dungeon (mobs ranging from 4-20ish) to a more befallen/Blackborrow like dungeon that was non-agro (mobs ranging from 8ish-25ish)

Coming from highpass, follow the base of the mountain on the left. There is a spot near here where 3 named gnolls spawn. At this level 2 will be green and the third will be blue, sometimes white. A little used spawn in this zone is the prisoners out the back past the bank. Most people come into this zone to kill pickclaws, and fair enough. Those are great xp from around 22 to 35 IF you get the right group. Personally, I never had much luck. Was just me.
The prisoners though, are GREAT |

On the way to City of Mist, circle the walls. This zone is densely populated with npcs, and if you were to get jumped on your way there, and your party makes the mistake of stopping to fight - you may just end up with 12 or more npcs on your hands in short order. |

The yard trash of this zone may be some of the most rewarding in the game to a mid-30s group. Not very difficult, a large number of them, and Kedge is believed to have one of the greatest (or greatest) xp modifiers of any dungeon in the game.
I discourage xping deeper in for higher level groups - |

Many people treat breaking the Efreeti Lord Djarn camp as a two-group affair. This is not true. The efreeti is moderately challenging to break with a single group of high-40s or low-50s, but far from impossible. Just make sure you have a competent enchanter, a competent cleric, and strong melee type |

A good strategy I have found is to bind fairly near the sarnacks castle on the left side of the zone border when facing north. You really need a map of BW to see what I mean.
No sarnacks or other mobs stick to the left wall, as they do to the right. You could bind a ways before the "neck" of this |

A rogue and monk make a great combo for getting to and holding the efreeti camp. None of the imps or guardians can see a sneaking rogue, so they can wait for all wanderers to clear before making clearing pulls.
